All the parameters Holistic Development change over time.  Hopefully with customized recommendations and execution of them, the trend will be of an improvement for scores.  To measure the effectivity of steps taken, Conopex monitors the trends and continuously adjusts its recommendations to have the desired outcome.  We also compare company average scores to global/local averages to see how an organization is doing with employee parameters compared to others.
